NorfLondenI am not sure that would have helped to secure a result from yesterday's game. The scoreline could have been less dramatic but Barca would have won anyway. They were unusually agressive yesterday. It must be something to do with Mourinho's classless behaviour after Barca-Inter last year.

nvrThis could have worked. He could even have given Ozil a more defensive role and let Ronaldo and Di Maria to sort the counter attacking between themselves.

I think the Madrid media is getting to Mourinho. He has been accused of paliying defensive and boring and he tried to give them attacking football. Alas, Barca are the masters of that.

He also lost key personnel in this game, Ramos to a sending off and Ronaldo to an injury. Their next game is against Valencia which is not the easiest of the teams to beat.
