lankyguy007If Chelsea are playing a diamond in midfield with Anelka behind Drogba and Torres then I think we should play this. The only width they will be getting will be from the full backs and Johnson and Aurelio can shut this out and make their own runs forward. We have Lucas stopping Anelka getting space, and three centre backs to try and stop Drogba and Torres. Their midfield is all faced by someone and with Ramires probably down as defensive mid, playing Suarez their could well stop their flow.

GerrardTorresI like this formation, however after seeing Suarez' skill and pace, I think he would be best furthest up front, with Kuyt dropping back to link up with Gerrard and Meireles

lankyguy007I picked Kuyt up front because his hold up play is better and Suarez has more skill to link up with Kuyt and help with the build up play and also cause whoever plays defensive mid for Chelsea a few problems.
