nvrNot only with Alves, but also with Nasri. You can get him, no big deal, but you'll be quite disappointed with his performances if you play him next to Carrick.

srussell541Nice lineup, but playing Nasri as a deep-lying playmaker would get us killed. Playing Carrick, who can't tackle himself out of a wet paper sack, wouldn't help either. You would need a holding midfielder like a Tiago Motta to make that lineup work, with Nasri moving forward and the holding midfielder, well, holding.

Also I don't think we'd buy Alves, as he would stunt the growth of Rafael/Fabio at right back(if they could stay fit).
