lee94My chosen England XI for Euro 2012. I wasn't sure on the RW position and Lennon isn't my final decision but there aren't too many other options with Sturridge falling out of form.

david1993i dont think baines is going to take cole position

england should play players that will feature in the future in midfield

rooney is out for 1st 2 matches

mojojojo101Agree with david1993 about Cole, don't see him him being replaced for this particular tournament (in WC quals I expect him to be replaced though).

I'd play Carrick in the midfield, his assuredness on the ball and strong positional play will be a great asset to England.

On the right it's tight between Lennon and Walcott for me, both can produce on their day but they have also both been rather inconsistent for England.

david1993looking at team a neutral. the team is bit dull and predictable . they dont have players of other national teams who can adjust and play in different positions

GERMANY- they have ozil, Thomas Muller, Lukas Podolski, tony kroos, marko rues, mario goetze

HOLLAND- Robben Ibrahim Afellay Wesley Sneijder Rafael van der Vaart Georginio Wijnaldum Ola John , Luuk de Jong , Jeremain Lens Luciano Narsingh ( Robin Van Persie (, Arjen Robben

SPAIN- Mata, sliva , Thiago Alcântara Andrés Iniesta Muniain Xavi Hernández ( Cesc Fàbregas , navas, carzola

top countries have players that can adapt to play in different positions and that team their dont

The_Black_MambaRooney will miss the first two group games.

mojojojo101@david1993 I agree with you, that the TOP teams have players who are flexible and have the potential to change the game in an instant, however England aren't a top team and so need to concentrate on doing the basics right.

If the FA ever get their acts together to allow a really good crop of youngsters through then England can start thinking about being progressive, until then England stand their best chance of winning by being defensively solid and hitting teams on the counter.

david1993Enlgand are starting to produce players that will be bale to adapt when playing

roony and young are able to adapt their game.

wilshere, Alex chamberlain, Ross Barkley , Nathan Redmond ,Josh McEachran, Danny Welbeck, daniel sturridge, jone, smalling

so England have players that can adapt and change but their a while way away from been world class players

chicarooneyNo Lennon he isn't England class.
