MasterTacticianSimple enough- 2 aggressive full-backs, Sandro to provide cover, Ramires to drive from deep and a rotating 3 behind Damiao. Lucas wont really spend much time through the middle but will provide support out wide allowing Neymar and Hulk to cut inside. Many teams will park the bus against Brazil, and in a home World Cup, they owe their fans exciting football.

mojojojo101Personally I think Alves should be dropped, for me he is a real liability and has been, both for Brazil and Barca for a while now.

It was very obvious against Italy, where all the Italian front 3 found it very easy to get in behind him and terrorised David Luiz as a result, worst of all he never really appeared to show any great desire to get back into position after going wandering off up field.

Importantly I think there are alternatives, Rafael has been in great form at Man Utd and played pretty well at the Olympics, Danilo could also come in who I hear has done pretty well since joining Porto.

MasterTacticianPerhaps, but in the Olympics final Rafael made a big mistake but he still deserves a place for his recent form

king1319Oscar has been fantastic at times this season and showed real maturity, wouldnt mind seeing him aswell as maybe Dante, Gustavo? Lucas from liverpool looked like a walk in before he got injured. I actually dont know who to drop out of the 11, but brazil is suprising formidable. I dont see how past it guys like Ronnie and Kaka will get in.
