If the ball is at one of their SD's Marko should go to the DCM which is closer to Ilic or Pekovic to force them to avoid low passes to their DCM's. Billy should be Riquelme's shadow.

Karanovic could run wide, so I suggest this positioning for Hunt and Radovan, our CD's can often change positions they just need to comunicate.

If Aurelio runs up the wing, Johnson can cover....if Kelly runs up the other wing, Kuyt can cover...Johnson is perfectly capable of doing a good job on left wing - as proven by his duties at left back and good attacking play verses stoke and ever...
