John mikel obi can defense with 3 defenders and essien can attack with 3 attacking midfielders and two strikers . these like one on one .

As for the formation,I really don't think Chelsea will ever use this. Their defenders played 4 men defense throughout their careers. Additionally Deco and Lampard are not wingers.
If Chelsea ever play 2 up front it would be with a 4-1-3-2 type of formation.

RedrebelYou got no faith on Deco and Lampard. They can play wingers. Any players that can beat their man, cross good balls, and shoot can play winger. You might argue they have to be fast, but Deco and Lampard are fast enought to beat an average speed full-back.

FeriAtsYou are underestimating the speed of an average full back in Premiership. And believe me Deco can't run that fast.
But the real reason why they wouldn't be good wingers is that they probably don't have the dicipline to play in that position. They are too used play in depth and width of the field, carrying huge responsibilities all the time, they will be bored and unhappy playing as a plain winger. We all know that unhappy players won't perfrom.
